3. Payment Terms
All payments for our services are due as follows:
- Invoices are issued monthly and must be settled within 30 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as stipulated in our Payment Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring that waste is placed in the designated containers provided by us.
- Notifying us of any hazardous or prohibited materials that cannot be collected.
- Complying with all local regulations regarding waste disposal.
5. Limitations of Service
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
- We do not accept hazardous waste unless specially arranged.
- Oversized items may incur additional fees.
- Failure to comply with waste sorting guidelines may result in service refusal.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- Notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
- Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of terms.
- All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
7. Liability
Commercial Waste Byfleet is not liable for:
- Damage to property resulting from improper waste disposal by the client.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.
- Loss or damage to items placed in waste containers prior to collection.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commercial Waste Byfleet operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
